About Flaggy
Flaggy is a feature flag platform built for engineering teams of 3–50 people who are tired of per-seat fees and MAU-based billing.
We started Flaggy in 2024 after years of the same frustrating pattern at the companies we worked at. Feature flags are one of the highest-leverage tools an engineering team has — they let you ship continuously, decouple deploy from release, and roll changes out gradually instead of all at once. But the tools that manage them had drifted into enterprise pricing: a base fee, a charge per seat, and then a meter on monthly active users on top. The bill grew every time you hired someone or every time a feature succeeded. Teams responded by rationing flag access and deleting flags early to keep counts down — exactly the wrong incentives for a tool meant to make shipping safer.
The reason that pricing model exists is largely historical. Early flag platforms evaluated every flag on their own servers, so each user request was a cost they passed on to you. That isn't how Flaggy works. Our SDK downloads your flag ruleset once and evaluates flags locally, on your client. We never process individual evaluations, so scale doesn't increase our infrastructure cost — and there's nothing for us to meter. That's the whole reason we can charge one flat price.
So that's what we built: $99/month, unlimited seats, no MAU metering, and the same price at renewal as the day you signed up. Flags, segments, targeting rules, a full audit log, and analytics are included on every paid plan — not gated behind an Enterprise call. We're a small, engineer-led team, and we're deliberately focused on doing the core feature-flag workflow well rather than bolting on every adjacent product. If that sounds like what your team needs, we'd love to have you.
